INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow 15- 20 days for delivery. However, most orders should be delivered sooner. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Postage is estimated, based on size and weight. If there is a significant discrepancy between the estimated postage and actual cost, I will refund the difference. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
CANCELLATION and RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days. Please email lakelandreflections@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once the items have been returned, you will be issued a refund, less the original postage cost. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs.
In the unlikely event that items are damaged in transit, please take a photo and email it to lakelandreflections@gmail.com. Please include your order number and details and state whether you would prefer a replacement or full refund.
